 TUN TAVERN HEDGES THEIR BET IN ATLANTIC CITY When you see Tun Tavern’s latest addition on the corner of Michigan and Arctic Avenues…a brilliant, red, white & blue metal structure, revolving and looming 38 feet high, you may think you’re in Disney World. When most business owners are cautious in this market, Tun has moved ahead with a venture that will surely increase the restaurant’s visibility, and ultimately, their sales. Owner Montgomery Dahm stated “We cannot be complacent in this current economic environment. Complacency is the formula for failure. We must constantly reinvent ourselves.” And it doesn’t stop there. Dahm is constructing a state of the art Wine Bar, boasting 35 wines by the glass and over 80 bottles, with the finest selections from around the globe. The Wine Bar is scheduled to open on July 15th, and will be complimented with flights of wine, cheese and new food pairings. Atlantic City’s first and only Wine Bar joins Atlantic City’s first and only brewery. …And finding Tun Tavern just got a little easier. |
